The portrait came out looking exactly like the picture shown before my final approval. I asked to remove the ālordsā facial blemishes and to change the color of the āladyāsā dress from champagne to yellow and the shall from blue to teal. They did it and sent the revised portrait draft in less than 2 days. Good customer service support with a 1-3 day response time. Would buy again.

The picture I ordered contained the heads of my parents who are both gone now. The picture style is very close to an original picture of my parents when they were first married minus the award ribbon on the male and the women's dress was a bit plainer than my mothers. The original of my parents was damaged in a home fire before I was born, so I only had a partial picture, that fortunately did have their head and shoulders undamaged, and I was able to scan the original to provide the facial pictures. The results turned out very good and I am very pleased with the picture.
