Disappointed. Ordered November 19th to be given as a gift Dec 15th. It was apparently shipped November 24th, but I learned two days ago (December 11th) that it has been “lost” and have received no notification of when it might be reshipped. Not happy with the poor service or communication from this company. A unique gift that I was excited to give has turned into a suspicion that I have been scammed. Buyer beware.

My dad doesn't smile or laugh often, and quite honestly, I was genuinely afraid of his reaction to this portrait on Christmas. I admit, I was a little leery about ordering one of these because some of the examples I've seen just look ... off. As in, the proportions are odd or it just looks like a obvious Photoshop. However, I spent the time to find the most appropriate source photo for the template, and was very pleasantly surprised with the end result. I've always wanted one of these, and it looks great! Definitely my favourite picture in uniform, haha.
